The Lana Eisenbraun Scholarship is for $100 with annaul application. Any individual touched by Down syndrome may apply for the scholarship to pay for or assist in payment towards attending any activity that he or she finds enriching to their life. You may download the PDF file here or use the submission form below. Please take advantage of this opportunity! Please include a photo of the person applying for the scholarship, applicant's name and guardians' name. This scholarship is based on the first come, first granted basis.  Please include in comments age, birth-date and activity.

BUDDY  WALK The 5th Anniversary

September 17th was the big day for our 5th Anniversary Celebration at Perkins Park in Downtown Warren, Oh.  We had over 600 people in the park to celebrate and advocate for those with Down syndrome.
 Thank you for performances by the Fairhaven Cheerleaders, Fairhaven Drum Circle, and Taylor Tae Kwon Do. You helped make our 5th Anniversary a success. 

PDF is preparing Buddy Walk 2012 for September 8th in Perkins Park.  Registrations will be ready in May but its never to early to start advocating and talking to people about your team.
